First essential step, lighting the offices of your workspace. In winter, the amount of light provided by the exterior decreases drastically. Some premises find themselves in darkness from 4 p.m., which is very bad for the productivity and concentration of the teams.

When you work on your computer, a light of low intensity directed on the side or the back of the device will save you a lot of eye strain.
