The optimal Rogue build for playing Diablo 4 on your own

The most effective build for the Rogue class in Diablo 4 transforms this vulnerable warrior into a lethal assassin. Rogues are adaptable warriors who have a wide range of skills at their disposal. In Diablo IV, the role of Dexterity was intended to be filled by the Rogue class. To achieve this goal, the developers looked at the Rogue from Diablo I, which is considered to be the godfather of the archtype. They lend themselves to extensive specialization, but you can get by just fine with a straightforward but powerful melee build if you want to.

In Diablo 4, what is the most effective build for a Rogue character?
The Rogue is a powerful but tricky class that can specialize in incapacitating attacks, traps, or powerful skills that rely on approaching enemies from the right angle. Rogue abilities can be particularly effective when used at the right angle. In contrast to the Sorcerer, the Rogue, in either solo or group play, can get by with just about any specialization without too much difficulty. However, keep in mind how you should proceed. Rogue classes have poor defense and are easily taken down by more powerful enemies.

Build for playing Diablo 4's Rogue by yourself
We decided to go with a build that focuses on melee combat and doesn't concern itself with positioning or traps. It prevents your energy from running out and provides you with a range of different attacks, allowing you to deal with most dangers more effectively.

Basic skill: Invigorating Strike (Fundamental)
Even at its most fundamental level, the Rogue ability known as "Invigorating Strike" allows the user to regain some of their energy. This little boost, along with the natural energy restoration that occurs, allows you to keep going for a longer period of time, as the other skills of the Rogue cannot function without Energy. At higher levels, it has the potential to inflict the Vulnerable status condition and increase your chance to critically hit.

Flurry or Barrage (Advanced) is considered a core skill.
You would benefit greatly from either of these skills. Both deal continuous damage over a few seconds, both affect multiple enemies, and both have almost identical damage and status affliction perks as you level them up. Both also deal damage over a few seconds and both affect multiple enemies. The primary distinction lies in the fact that Flurry is a close-range attack, whereas Barrage is a long-range one.

Core passive: Siphoning Strikes
This passive ability restores some of your health whenever you land a critical hit, which is something you'll be doing more frequently as your Rogue skill level increases. A woman guarding the campfire while clad in red plate armor can be seen standing nearby. She is armed with a knife, and she carries a simple wooden bow on her back.

Dash (Disciplined) is a skill in the Agility tree.
The most straightforward and lucrative of the agility skills is dash. It differs from the other skills in this bracket in that it does not have any positioning requirements, and it also increases the damage done by critical strikes at higher levels.

Concussive and Trick Attack are both passive abilities associated with Agility.

Your chance to land a critical hit on an opponent is increased by Concussive whenever that opponent is knocked down or back, and you need at least one point in Concussive in order to unlock Trick Attack. When used on an opponent who is dazed, Trick Attack causes them to fall to the ground.

Concealment (Countering) is a skill required for subterfuge.
One of the most important and useful skills a Rogue can have is concealment. It will temporarily hide you from enemies, increase your movement speed, and allow you to go through them without being seen. At higher levels, hiding can restore some of your energy, and breaking concealment with a skill will ensure that you score a critical hit and make your foes vulnerable to your attacks.

Exploit is an excellent passive ability that increases your damage dealt to foes that have more than 80 percent of their health remaining and less than 35 percent of their health remaining. It is a subterfuge ability.

It is helpful in all circumstances, but especially when you are playing by yourself.

Shadow is a blended form of the imbuement skill.

Imbuement deals shadow damage (surprise! ), but the real draw of this ability is what takes place when an enemy that has been infected by shadow passes away. They detonate, dealing damage to not only themselves but also those in the immediate vicinity. This is a good way to make up for the fact that the Rogue has very few attacks that have a wide area of effect.

Consuming Shadows through the Imbuement of Passivity

This passive grants you a natural bonus to your Shadow Imbuement skill, which increases the amount of energy you have whenever you kill an opponent who is infected by shadow.

Shadow Clone is the supreme form of the ultimate skill, "Ultimate."
This damage-oriented build benefits greatly from the addition of the Shadow Clone ability. It creates a clone that duplicates your attacks and deals slightly less damage than you do to its targets than you do yourself. The other ultimate skills have longer cooldowns, but this one has more utility and shorter cooldowns overall.

Adrenaline Rush and Impetus are the ultimate passive abilities.
While you move, Adrenaline Rush will restore some of your energy, and it will also unlock Impetus, which will allow you to deal more damage after you have moved at least 15 meters. It provides a buff to Shadow Clone and complements Dash quite well as well.
